Nitovo Relay Referral Alerts SMS Terms

These terms describe the optional referral alert text message program offered by Nitovo Healthcare LLC.

Program and enrollment

Patients, referring clinicians or authorized staff, and receiving clinicians or authorized designees may each enroll their own mobile number. After reading the program notice and SMS Privacy Policy, text START to +1 505-990-8252. Enrollment is optional and is not a condition of care, account creation, or use of Relay. Consent from one recipient does not cover another recipient.

Messages

Messages are non-promotional notices that a referral workflow update is available. Message bodies do not include patient names, diagnoses, referral reasons, appointment details, or other clinical information. Use an approved secure channel for details. This text number is not an emergency or urgent-care channel.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with referral activity. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Cancel or get help

Reply STOP to stop program messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or email admin@nitovo.com. After STOP, alerts from this program will stop unless you independently enroll again by texting START.

See the Nitovo Relay Referral Alerts SMS Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in information is not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging providers and carriers process information needed to deliver this program.
