Nitovo Relay Referral Alerts

Nitovo Healthcare LLC offers optional text alerts about referral workflow updates. Patients, referring clinicians or their authorized staff, and receiving clinicians or their authorized designees each choose for themselves whether to enroll. One person's consent does not enroll anyone else.

How to enroll

Read this notice, the SMS Terms, and the SMS Privacy Policy. Then text START from your own mobile number to +1 505-990-8252. A confirmation text will follow. Enrollment is optional and is not required to receive care or use Relay.

Messages only say that a referral workflow update is available and direct you to an existing secure channel for details. Do not send patient or clinical information by text. SMS is not for emergencies.

What to expect

Message frequency varies with referral activity.
